1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website SmartFinderHub.org and the services provided through it (“Services”).

SmartFinderHub.org is operated by a Lithuanian limited liability company, registered in Vilnius, Lithuania (“SmartFinderHub”).

By accessing or using SmartFinderHub.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website or Services.

2. Definitions

• Report – a digital insight report providing analytical information about an individual based on publicly available data.
• User – any individual or entity using SmartFinderHub.org, including Private Users and Commercial Users.
• Private User – a natural person using Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial User – any person or entity using Services primarily for business purposes.
• Account – a registered user account on SmartFinderHub.org.
• Tokens – prepaid credits used to generate Reports.
• Services – all paid or free services provided via SmartFinderHub.org.
• Initial Scan – a preview indicating data categories that may appear in a Report.
• Unique Identifier (UI) – a system-generated reference ID assigned to a profile.
• Third-Party Websites – external websites not operated by SmartFinderHub.

3. User Accounts

Certain Services require the creation of an Account. Users may register via email and password, during Report purchase, or through third-party providers such as Google, Apple, LinkedIn, Facebook, or X.

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and all activities performed through their Account. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to info@smartfinderhub.org.

Accounts may be deleted at any time via Account settings or by submitting a written request to SmartFinderHub support.

4. Reports and Tokens

Users may purchase Tokens to generate Reports. Tokens are credited within 60 minutes after successful payment.

Report pricing may vary based on market conditions, promotions, or currency fluctuations. The final price is displayed prior to payment.

Reports are available for 30 days from the date of generation and may be viewed or downloaded during this period. Expired Reports cannot be restored.

Reports are compiled using publicly available data and AI technologies. SmartFinderHub does not guarantee completeness or accuracy and is not responsible for decisions made based on Report content.

5. User Responsibilities

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or system interference.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not violate privacy or data protection laws.
• Do not resell Reports or use them as standalone commercial products.
• Do not distribute spam or unsolicited marketing without consent.

6. Payments and Pricing

Payments may be made using credit/debit cards, Stripe, PayPal, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency. Services commence after payment confirmation.

Users paying via cryptocurrency accept all associated legal and security risks.

VAT and other applicable taxes are applied in accordance with EU regulations based on the User’s location.

7. Protection of Private Users

Private Users may cancel a purchase within 30 days by emailing support@smartfinderhub.org. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

8. Personal Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by the SmartFinderHub Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Modification or Termination of Services

SmartFinderHub reserves the right to modify or discontinue Services. Material changes affecting Private Users will be communicated at least 5 days in advance.

Access may be suspended or terminated if Users violate these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Force Majeure

SmartFinderHub shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, legal actions, network outages, or acts of war.

11. Liability

Users bear responsibility for their use of the platform. SmartFinderHub is not liable for indirect damages, data inaccuracies, or third-party content, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, code, branding, databases, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to SmartFinderHub and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or by competent Lithuanian courts.

14. Security Responsibilities

Users must keep login credentials confidential. SmartFinderHub cannot guarantee absolute security of internet-transmitted data.

15. Final Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Users and SmartFinderHub. Invalid provisions do not affect the enforceability of remaining sections.
